What will it cost to clean my house?
Every house is different and the cleaning fee is base on the individual. We will base our price on the size of you home, and
the number of rooms such as bathrooms and bedrooms. We will work with you to organize the appropiate cleaning and price.
Will the cost remain the same every week?
The first cleaning could cost more if we agree that the home needs more attention. The next stage is a maintence clean which will cost the agreed amount, unless extras are added by the owner.
What if I can keep my scheduled cleaning appointment?
Please just call the office with as much notice as can be given to cancel and reschedule
Will I have the same person and day each time the cleaning is done?
We understand how important it is to have the same person every time and will select the person who is best for you cleaning needs. If however you cleaner is sick or away we will have a replacement so that is cleaning is still completed. A day will be pick by you for your clean and we will try our best to keep it to that day always
Do I need to be home when the cleaning is done?
No, but it is your decision, and entry into the home can be done by leaving a key with us that is safe or other options can be discussed.
What about the security alarm?
Please make sure we have access to home wheather it be a temporary code or other arrangments.
What about my animals?
We are very animal friendly, but the pet do better in a restricted area so that we may clean and your love ones don't get into any cleaning products.
Are things of value safe?
We screen our potential employees by checking job references throughly, our employees are fully creditable. If you have valuable jewerly or etc, we suggest that you should put them in a area
where they are not touched, we are fully insured in case of damage.
How do I pay for the cleaning?
Payment is due on the day we clean, you can write a check to us or pay cash.
Do I provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
We supply the equipment and chemical supplies, however if there is a special request, we need you to contact the office
